Because of that Sweden has to force high share number of immigrants in composition of inhabitants and try to make as homogeneous population as possible, which can be noticeably supported by compulsory education. By way of analysis of education system and its documents as well as insight into contemporary situation, this study should help to understand not only the basic ideas of immigrant education, but also consequences, which are brought by dissimilar education of pupils without knowledge of Swedish language, and consider whether all components of that education are of integration or not.

TITLE: Disintegrating families - the importance of family law for school practice and its influence on managerial work of the elementary school headmaster. AUTHOR: Ildikó Šalamova DEPARTMENT: School managment centre SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: The aim of this Bachelor's thesis paper is to analyse the compliance of the current legal standards valid for families and schooling in the area of various forms of regulation of legal relations between school-age children and their legal guardians after the breakup of a marriage or the separation of partners. The breakup of the family, followed by granting of custody and the phenomenon of shared custody of minor school-age children, significantly influences school life and the work of the school manager. Through analysis and research I discovered the extent to which family law and school law, as amended, mutually complement each other in primary school in cases of problem-free application of child custody or shared custody, and in what way the law for the given obligation ensuing from one of the valid standards in everyday application influences institutions underpinning the second legal standard. KEYWORDS: custody, shared custody, mutual custody, obligatory school attendance, custody and school

Smejkalová, Eva ; Felcmanová, Lenka (referee)
Abstract:Abstract: Communication constitutes the ability to express and share our thoughts, experiences and feelings in everyday life. Communication also plays an important role in the process of education. In education, we gather information, adopt it, learn how to work with it and continue to use it. The position of the child and the pupil with impaired communication ability is much more complicated in this case, because the difficulties in speaking are transferred to the communication process and can affect the management of school skills. Educating pupils with impaired communication skills is a challenging task. Pupils are unable to organize and express their thoughts sufficiently, their speech is often incomprehensible, they do not understand the teacher's interpretation exactly, they cannot speak fluently enough to meet a common communication standard. For these reasons, they come under psychological pressure and sometimes prefer to stop communicating completely. The main goal of the presented rigorous work is the analysis of the most common difficulties of children with impaired communication skills included in the preparatory classes of primary schools. Subsequent evaluation with a description of the most common difficulties due to school immaturity leading to school postponement are part of the...
